The Australasian Biospecimen Network Association (ABNA) is holding the 15th Annual Australasian Biospecimen Network Association Annual Meeting in Brisbane from the 12th – 13th October 2017.
ABNA is a consortium of Biobanking professionals engaged in the collection, storage and dissemination of biospecimens and data for researchers locally, nationally and internationally. ABNA is committed to providing an opportunity for individuals who have an interest in tissue and other biological and environmental Biorepositories to share information and gain experience.
2017 ABNA ANNUAL MEETING
The title of the 2017 Australasian Biospecimen Network Association Annual Meeting is “Bridging The Gap - From The Clinic To The Biobank”.
The venue for this year’s conference is Sofitel Brisbane. ABNA 2017 is anticipated to attract approx. 100 specialist biobanking managers and research professionals from Australia, New Zealand and internationally. ABNA is the only meeting of its kind in Australasia.
International speakers and local experts will give plenary sessions, poster sessions and participate in round table informal style discussions. The program refreshment breaks are held within the trade display area, affording ample opportunity for interaction with all delegates.
